3 Face Oils To Try
One area of my skincare routine that I've had a lot of trial and error with is facial oils. While I don't suffer from oily skin, I have still had my fair share of products that left me with a greasy complexion. The thing I've found to be true with oils is that when they're good, they're good, but when they're bad...yikes! Being the beauty obsessive that I am, I've tried a good amount of skincare oils, from serums to cleansers - here are the 3 that have made it into my top favorites.
Pixi Rose Oil Blend
Pixi has an incredible range of skincare products. I've been trying a bunch of their oils and serums lately, and I've recently fallen in love with their Rose Oil Blend*. My skin is usually pretty dry and sensitive, and I have to be really careful with the types of products I use. This oil works perfectly for me though. It's extremely moisturizing and really nourishes the skin, but it's lightweight and absorbs rather quickly (so long as you don't put too much on...like I did the first time I tried it). Speaking of, this is one of those skincare items that only takes a little bit to product to use, so it's going to last a super long time.
Tatcha Pure One Step Camellia Cleansing Oil
For a more luxurious face oil option, I highly recommend Tatcha's Pure One Step Camellia Cleansing Oil*. This is one of those multitasking products that does several things all at once - it dissolves makeup, cleanses the skin, and keeps the skin soft and hydrated. I was a little hesitant when I first started using oil cleansers/makeup removers because I thought they would leave my face feeling greasy, but this one is actually rather soothing and my skin always feels so nourished afterwards. If you suffer from dry skin, sensitivity, redness, or signs of aging, this cleansing is definitely a great option for you.
Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil
My final face oil pick is one of those "a blogger made me buy it" purchases, and I'm so glad I bought into the hype. Pai's Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil has been super popular in the blogging community for the past few years. I've seen several of my favorite beauty bloggers talk about it, and there's a reason it's on everybody's lips (and faces...haha). This oil is a little miracle worker - promoting a healthy glow, clearing up bumpy skin, and soothing signs of agitation. Whenever my skin is being fussy and acting up, I always reach for this as a treat to give it some TLC.
