Happy Thoughts For Your Morning Routine

Mornings have a tendency to be a little rushed and chaotic for me. When I wake up, I immediately jump into work – checking emails and social media on my phone, writing my to-do list for the day, and getting ready to take blog photos or write a new post. This has become my morning routine, and while I love the burst of creative energy I get, I can feel a little stressful if I’m not careful. Something I’ve been trying to do lately is to start my morning beauty routine off with some positive thoughts. While I’m brushing my teeth and washing my face, I like to meditate on the following things…

  • It’s a brand new day, and anything is possible
  • My future is created by what I do today
  • I’m healthy, alive, and the sun is shining
  • I will see beautiful things today
  • Start the day with a grateful heart and a mindset of gratitude
  • Today, I will dedicate my time to hard work and good deeds
  • I will never have this day again, so I need to make it count
  • Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day
  • Focus on the good
  • I am thankful for a new day
  • Every morning has the chance for a new beginning
  • I am allowed to be happy today
  • Rise up and attack the day with enthusiasm
  • I have everything I need to accomplish my goals today
  • There’s yogurt and granola in the fridge for breakfast 😉

    This is definitely needed right now! Im so stressed out and unhappy at the moment, I just need to remember the little things in life and this post is perfect for that! Love those little reminders you use each day! Definitely going to need to save those ideas for myself! xx

    Back in the fall, I started going to Pure Barre every morning before work. I love how it eases me into my day and lets me set my intentions without jumping right into my 9-5. While I tend to be most productive in the mornings, it has reduced my overall stress in the evenings which has allowed me to take the most advantage of my day!

    The breakfast one speaks to my soul XD Love these ideas, although I’m not sure I could think anything useful before coffee. I will try to be more positive about a fresh new day after breakfast tho 😉
