Over the past couple years, I’ve been slowly building a collection of perfumes and its become one of my most prized possessions. I love trying out different fragrances and finding the perfect ones for each season. Spring is definitely my favorite time for perfume because I get to wear all of my favorite floral scents, and I’ve recently been reaching for three that are so good, I just have to share about them today.
Glossier You is, of course, included in this list. Its been my go-to everyday fragrance for the past two months, and I’ve been wearing it so much that my mom has even become addicted to it. The name “You” is so spot on because this fragrance just embodies exactly what you would want yourself to smell like – fresh, relaxed, comfortable, and slightly sophisticated. I love that it lasts all day and doesn’t fad away. Instead, I’m able to smell whiffs of it at different times throughout the day which I really like.
Next up is a lovely little offering from Jo Malone. Peony & Blush Suede is one of my absolute favorite scents for spring. It’s a lovely feminine floral perfume that has a bit of sweetness and warmth to it. This is another one of those fragrances that lingers long throughout the day, so you don’t have to worry about reapplying to keep the scent strong.
My last fragrance recommendation for the season is a bit of a bougie one, but I’m completely obsessed with it and think a splurge-y item ever now and then is perfectly fine. ‘REPLICA’ Flower Market from Maison Margiela is such a gorgeous perfume and is the absolute embodiment of spring. There are so many different floral notes in this fragrance, and the best part is that they all smell incredibly real. If you’ve ever smelled a fresh bouquet of flowers, that is exactly what this smells like. Whenever I spray it on, it’s like walking through a farmers market where all of the fresh flowers are sold – absolute spring perfection! This is the first perfume that I’ve tried from the REPLICA collection, and I’m totally living for it. The scent really does replicate a flower market, which makes me super excited to try more of their fragrances. I’ve currently got Lazy Sunday Morning and Beach Walk on my wish list and hope to pop into Sephora soon to give them a sniff.
