The Best Mantras To Start Your Day

How you start your day is a huge indicator in how the rest of it will play out. If you wake up rushed and out of sorts, it’s likely that the your day will be a bit off and you’ll feel stressed and unhappy. I try to do everything I can to make sure I can wake up slowly and start the day on my own terms. This includes everything from planning my day out the night before and creating a solid to-do list to having a pleasant alarm sound and making sure I get enough sleep to feel well rested. I also like to meditate on some uplifting mantras when I first wake up, to get me in a happy mindset and establish a positive outlook for the day.
