Soap & Glory’s The Scrub Of Your Life. I use it in the shower and it gets rid off all of my dry skin, while leaving my limbs super soft and hydrated. The packaging makes it really easy to use in the shower, plus the bottle is so cute too. I’m increasingly becoming more and more obsessed with Soap & Glory as a brand. Everything of theirs that I’ve tried has been top quality and does exactly what it’s supposed to.
Hair removal has been made super easy using a combo of the EOS Pomegranate Raspberry Shave Cream* and BIC’s Soleil Shine Razor*. The shave cream is more like a thick lotion that moisturizes your skin while allowing you to get a super close shave. Also, it smells super fruity which is perfect for summer. The Soleil Shine is one of the best razors I’ve ever used. They come in cute colors like pink and yellow, have 5 flexible blades, and a Soothing Moisture Strip that’s infused with aloe and cocoa butter.
I suffer from these annoying little bumps on my elbows, knees, and the backs of my arms, and I’m really self conscious about people seeing them when I’m wearing shorts and sleeveless tops. Gold Bond recently came out with a Roughy & Bumpy Skin Cream that I’ve been using for the past few weeks. It’s a really light cream so it’s suitable for summer, and I’ve noticed that my skin is starting to smooth out and the texture is improving. It’s also pretty much scent-free so you don’t have to worry about attracting bees (anyone else constantly afraid of that?).
For sandal-ready feet, I use Soap & Glory’s Heel Genius. I absolutely swear by this stuff, and if you suffer from dry feet you’ve got to pick some up. Apply a generous amount on both feet before bed, put on some chunky socks, and wake up to gloriously soft feet. I usually have pretty rough heels and dry toes, but this cream always makes my feet look (and feel) like I’ve just spent hours at a spa. It contains fruit acids which are what work to exfoliate your feet. I’m definitely a fan of using this instead of a coarse scrub in the shower – I tend to lose my balance and fall over, haha.
How are you getting your limbs ready for the summer?
