The Makeup Edit #6

Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup in shade 1*, then apply some of the Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer in Fair Neutral* over any imperfections and dark circles. These products work fabulously together, creating a medium-to-full coverage base that’s light and skin-like in texture.

The rest of my face is pretty simple. Using Clinique’s Sculpting Highlight Chubby Stick*, I highlight the tops of my cheekbones, down the bridge of my nose, the middle of my chin, and my cupid’s bow. Next, I apply some of Clinique’s Chubby Stick Cheek Colour Balm in Amp’d Up Apple* to the apples of my cheeks, and then I blend both products out with my fingers for a natural finish. After that, I fill in and shape my brows using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Pencil in Ebony. This pencil makes creating perfect brows a breeze!

My eyes have been the main part of my look lately, and I’ll play them up differently depending on my mood. If I’m just wanting something simple, I’ll use the IT Cosmetics No-Tug Gel Eyeliner in Black/Brown* to line my tightline and waterline, and then I’ll pop on some of the Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara*. This is what I wear most days, but if I want to amp it up a bit, I’ll first apply some of Clinique’s Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for Eyes in Ample Amber* all over my lids and then create a quick cat eye with Pixi’s Cat Eye Ink*.

The last part of my daily makeup routine is a glossy layer of the Maybelline Color Elixir Lip Color in Caramel Infused on my lips. This is a killer lip product because it offers the perfect amount of color and shine, and this shade is to die for. Once I’ve applied a layer of that, I’m good to go for the rest of the day!

What have you been keeping in your makeup bag this month?
