Target to share a bronzey, sun-kissed makeup look that is perfect for your next outdoor music festival.

Summer Festival Makeup Look | A Girl, Obsessed

My inspiration for this look was the sun. I wanted to create a look that included super glowy skin, smokey bronze eyes, and just a hint of sun-kissed color on the cheeks. I also wanted to capture the bohemian vibe that music festivals tend to have – something fun, carefree, and creative. Using products available at Target, I put together a look that’s easy to create and full of summer energy.

Summer Festival Makeup Look | A Girl, ObsessedPhysicians Formula Primer Argan Oil with Coconut Water* and the Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser. Both of these give you a really great “canvas” to work with, by hydrating your skin and blurring out your pores. To finish my base, I applied the Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Foundation in Porcelain 110 all over my face using a damp beauty blender, and then applied the Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer in Ivory under my eyes and on any imperfections. This combo gives the perfect flawless finish, and will help brighten your complexion while keeping you matte all day long.

The next few steps were all about adding shimmer and sunniness to my skin. I dusted the Physicians Formula Argan Wear Glow-Renewing Argan Bronzer* all over my face and neck to give my skin a bit of color, and then went back in with the Pixi Natural Contour Powder* to contour my face. After that, I used the white highlighting powder from the Pixi Book Of Beauty Minimal Makeup* to add a dewy glow to my skin, and then popped on some of the Essence Blush Up! Blush in Heat Wave* for a bit of sun-kissed color.

For my eyes, I wanted to do something smokey and sultry that was still appropriate for daytime. Using the bronze shade from the Physicians Formula Disco Trio Eyeliner*, I lined my eyes and covered both lids, and then smudged everything out for a smokey look. Next, I used the black shade from the trio to line my top lids, waterlines, and tightlines, and applied a thick coat of the Essence I Love Extreme Volume Waterproof Mascara* to my upper and lower lashes.

To finish this look, I filled in my brows using the E.L.F. Studio Eyebrow Kit in Medium (which is so easy to use), and slicked on some of the Maybelline Color Sensational Color Elixir in Caramel Infused for a natural yet glossy looking pout. As a fun little touch, I used the gold shade from the Disco Trio Eyeliner to add winged-out flicks to my eyes and little shapes on my cheek bones. I thought this would be a cute way to add to the tribal/bohemian feel without being too overdramatic.

Are you heading to an outdoor festival this summer? What type of look will you be sporting?
