Chubby In The Nude Foundation Stick!
Clinique, creators of the amazing Chubby Stick lines, have come up with a whole series of their own makeup doodles designed to target specific skin concerns. I decided to try out the “Flower Power” doodle to give myself flawless full coverage. Using Clinique’s new Chubby In The Nude Foundation Stick in Abundant Alabaster*, I doodled flowers on the areas of my face that I wanted the fullest of coverage (my cheeks and chin). Then, using a slightly damp beauty blender, I blended out the foundation for an effortless base.
Chubby Stick Sculpting Contour* and the Chubby Stick Sculpting Highlight*, which is now one of my favorite highlighters ever. Next, I used Chubby Stick Shadow Tint in Bountiful Beige* all over my eyes, and then added a bit of definition by adding Ample Amber* to the outer corner and blending through the crease, as well as adding a little to my lower lash line. To finish my eyes, I applied a thick coat of the Chubby Lash Fattening Mascara in Jumbo Jet*.
To add a pop of color to my skin, I applied some of the Chubby Stick Cheek Colour Balm in Amp’d Up Apple* to the apples of my cheeks and blended it out with my fingers for a natural-looking flush. Lastly, my lip color of choice was the Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm in Super Strawberry*, which is a sheer-tinted balm that gives fantastic color while also being extremely hydrating tot he lips. And that’s the look!
It’s safe to say that I am now officially obsessed with Clinique’s Chubby Stick collections, especially the new Chubby In The Nude Foundation Stick. It’s been super fun trying out different doodles with it to see which ones give my skin the perfect look. You can check out all of Clinique’s different doodles here, and I highly suggest picking up a foundation stick of your own and giving them a go. Let me know which doodle ends up being your favorite! 🙂
