Soap & Glory literally go hand-in-hand (pun only slightly intended). Hand Food and Heel Genius have been a regular part of my body care routine for the past few weeks, and I really don’t know how I was getting on without them. Each has it’s own set of ingredients that work magic for your extremities, which is exactly what I’m looking for in this dry winter weather.
Hand Food is a rich, nourishing cream that helps hydrate and soothe your hands, cuticles, and nails. It soaks in rather quickly, leaving your hands velvety soft with no greasy residue left behind. This is perfect for winter (or if you suffer from dry hands in general) because it’s such a rich moisturizer and adds a layer of protection between your skin and the elements. The scent is Soap & Glory’s signature “Pink” fragrance, which I adore, and isn’t overpowering so you can wear it throughout the day without the scent becoming annoying.
Heel Genius is, quite frankly, a lifesaver. I don’t know how they do it, but this little cream literally makes your feet baby soft. I use it every time I get out of the shower and my feet feel incredible afterwards. They recommend you wear socks after applying, which I do, and that allows your feet to completely sock in the cream. It’s not quite as thick as Hand Food, but it’s still quite rich when applying. The key ingredient in this cream is fruit acid smoothers, which basically work as a chemical exfoliant to remove dead, dry skin from your feet. After my first use, I noticed a big difference, and my feet have been getting softer and smoother with each use (can’t wait for sandal season!). The scent is a fruity and slightly minty fragrance, which I know sounds like a weird combo but it totally works (and I imagine it helps smelly feet sufferers).
