Alexa Chung’s It, which I have been wanting to read for ages. My mom got me some cute, motivational reads – Make It Happen by Lara Casey (check out her Instagram feed for gorgeous photos!), Simply Tuesday by Emily P. Freeman, and 31 Days of Prayer for the Dreamer + the Doer by Jenn Sprinkle and Kelly Rucker – and I can’t wait to dive on in and start reading them.
One of the gifts I’m in love with the most is this t-shirt from Resilience Streetwear. “I don’t need a job, I run a blog” is definitely my mindset for 2016. Once March 1st gets here and I officially go full-time, it’s going to mean hustle time 24/7, and I’ll probably be living in this shirt, haha.
My sister was so sweet and got me this adorable Pusheenicorn plushy (I’m a big fan of Pusheen and unicorns, so this plushy was practically made for me), and he’s currently lounging on my bed. Then I also got a few beauty bits, like the Ralph by Ralph Lauren perfume and the Beautiful Day body cream from Bath & Body Works, which smells just like freshly sliced green apples. Mmmmm.
Lastly, my mom surprised me with the ASOS bunny slippers that I had been wanting for ages, and this gorgeous print from She Reads Truth that says “I am with you always” from Matthew 28:20. This is one of my favorite reminders from the Bible – that I am never left alone, struggling on my own. God is always with me, and that is the most comforting thing I’ve ever known.
What did you get for Christmas?
