I finally added a Jo Malone cologne to my collection, and I couldn’t be happier with the scent I chose. Wood Sage & Sea Salt is a light and sophisticated scent that instantly reminds me of spending a chilly day in a forest near the shore. There are woody and clean notes, as well as the faint scent of salty ocean air. I find that every time I wear this perfume, I always feel comforted and a bit nostalgic. It’s definitely becoming my favorite of the season.
I was sent two perfumes from Clean, and I have to say I’m really enjoying both of them. Clean Cashmere* is such a lovely daytime scent, and smells of amber and citrus. It’s just one of those warm fragrances, if that makes sense. Clean White Woods* is definitely my favorite of the two – it smells exactly like warming up in front of a wood fire with a cozy blanket (and maybe a handsome gentleman…ahem). Out of all of the perfumes I’ve been using lately, this is the one that smells the most fall-like.
My final favorite is a little bit of a cheat because it’s been my go-to scent for the entire year. Chloe is one of those perfumes that you can get away with wearing all year round because it just works with each season. It’s a clean, sophisticated scent that’s slightly floral and feminine. I adopted this as my signature scent early in the year, and I absolutely love wearing it.
