Today I’ve got another little roundup of makeup products that I’m trying out. Pixi recently sent me a box of some of their new items for fall, and they’re all so good that I just had to share them with you guys. Ready for some autumn loveliness?
Matteluster Lipsticks* ($12) and I have to say I am extremely impressed. You guys know I’m a fan of multifunctional products, and that fact that I can get choose what kind of finish I get with these lipsticks is kind of the best thing ever. They apply a bit glossy, but if you dab your finger over your lips after application, it turns the formula to more of a matte finish. When I swatched these, I decided to wear Pure Fuchsia as a matte and Plum Berry as a luster. I really like the color payoff of these lipsticks and the packaging is fairly big so I feel like you get a lot of product for your money.
Endless Brow Gel Pen* ($11) is quite a nice product and one that I’m excited to use more. It’s a waxy gel pencil, so the color really grips to your hairs making it easier to fill in any sparse areas in your brows, as well as help keep your brows in shape all day. The Medium shade is just a tad too light for my brows, so I’ll definitely be checking out Deep as I think that will be a perfect color match.
Pixi’s Cat Eye Ink* ($14). It’s an angled felt-tip liquid eyeliner pen, and it’s everything I wish Benefit’s Push-Up Liner would’ve been (I totally forgot to take pictures of the pen tip, but you can see it here). Because the tip of the pen is slanted, you’re able to make thick or thin lines, as well as achieve the perfect cat eye with complete ease. I’ve been using this every day since I unboxed it, and it’s safe to say I’m totally hooked!
Have you tried any of the new Pixi products yet?
