Maybelline’s Baby Skin ($6.99). I think it’s a fantastic budget face primer, blurring pores and fine lines while making your skin soft and prepped for your base products. I know when this first came out, every beauty blog was touting it as the perfect dupe for The Porefessional – while I wouldn’t go so far as calling it an exact dupe, I think it’s definitely good enough to have in your stash.
Speaking of Benefit’s The Porefessional ($31), guess what’s next on the list? Yep, this cult beauty favorite is a part of my collection and one that I absolutely swear by. It’s amazing how well this stuff blurs out pores and imperfections. On days when my skin is looking pretty decent on it’s own, I can get away with just wearing some of this and a bit of concealer!
The last primer I wanted to feature, and a new addition to my stash, is the Korres Greek Yoghurt Nourishing Primer ($30). This primer is a little different from the other two mentioned. Instead of blurring out pores and fine lines, this primer acts more as a nourishing, moisture-rish treatment for the skin, prepping it for easy, long-lasting makeup application. I’ve been using this primer when my skin has been particularly dry and dull, and it’s brightened my complexion right back up, making it look dewy and refreshed.
