Maybelline’s Baby Skin to prime my face and Urban Decay’s Primer Potion in Eden to prime my eyes. For a fairly flawless, more full coverage base, I start out with L’Oreal’s True Match Foundation in W2 and blend that all over my face, either with my fingers or a beauty blender sponge. Next, I conceal any spots and under eye circles with the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Chantilly, then I set everything using Rimmel’s Stay Matte Powder and the Real Techniques Setting Brush.
I add a little bit of sun and shape to my face by contouring with The Body Shop’s Honey Bronze powder in shade 02 and pop some of Benefit’s Hervana blush on the apples of my cheeks. My brows are filled in using Benefit’s Gimme Brow in medium/deep.
The Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette is my go-to palette for everyday shadows. It’s absolutely lovely for creating natural, wearable looks. Once I’ve created my eye look for the day (usually Walk Of Shame on the lids with Naked 2 blended into the crease), I give myself a bit of a cat eye with the Maybelline Line Stilleto liquid liner and pop on some of Benefit’s They’re Real Mascara.
I love the cute, feminine look of bubblegum pink lips, so most days I reach for the La Creme Color Drenched Lipstick in Marshmallow Bunny from Too Faced. (How cute is that name?) Some days I’m too lazy for lip color though, so I’ll just apply a bit of lip balm and I’m good to go.
Do you change up your makeup routines with the seasons? Which products are you currently using?
P.S. How many of you noticed the new blog design? I can never make up my mind, especially when it comes to how this space looks. Don’t judge me. ^_^
