Gift Guide: Homewares
For this gift guide, I'm sharing all of my favorite home decor finds, as well as a few shops that are excellent for finding cute homewares. I love receiving decor items for Christmas. After the holidays are over and the decorations come down, it's so fun to have a few new things to put up and display, especially to help bring in the new season. If you've got some people on your list that enjoy home decor, this is the guide for you!
To start off, let's talk shops. Target will forever be one of my favorite places to go shopping because they have such a variety of items and I always find cute things I wasn't expecting. *coughdollarsectioncough* This year, I found an abundance of pretty decor items, including a lot of fun holiday finds. Their Christmas section is insane, and I was actually able to find some cute props for my blog photos as well. Right now, the Joanna Gaines collaboration is in stores (aptly named Hearth & Hand With Magnolia), so there are plenty of gift options to choose from. Also be sure to check out their regular decor sections - I'm a huge fan of the throw blankets and pillows. My other go-to store for decor is H&M. Their home section is always changing, and you're sure to find quite a few things for the people on your list. Every time I visit the website, I end up checking out with a few mugs in my shopping cart, as well as a blanket or two and something to hold my jewelry. It's probably a good thing that we don't have an actual store here in my city or I'd end up there every single day.
In terms of singular items, I have plenty of recommendations for your list. Candles are always a great option because they work both as decor and as a fun guilty pleasure item. I recently discovered Wax And Wool, and their handmade candles are absolutely to die for. The overall packaging is really simple and rustic looking (which I love) and the scents are so pure. None of those sickeningly fake fragrances here! For anyone who's a fan of displaying their stationery, I highly suggest checking out Rifle Paper Co. I've been a huge fan of Anna's artwork for years, and everything she creates is so stunningly beautiful. They recently released their 2018 calendars which would make the perfect gift for anyone with a home office, as well as gorgeous notepads and journals (also, check out the books Anna designed as well - they make a gorgeous decor piece). Another great gift idea is wall art! Prints are an easy option and there are so many to choose from. I personally love the ones from The Paper Bunny and Lindsay Letters (you've probably seen some of their prints in my blog photos, haha).
Do you have any home decor fans on your Christmas list this year?
