Now that September is here, I'm ready to start transitioning my makeup to reflect the change in seasons. Fall officially begins on the 22nd here in the States, and I'm beyond ready for flawless skin, matte eyes, and dark lips (which is a really good thing because all of the new beauty products I've got happen to be makeup). I'm super excited to share which products I'm testing out this month - let's dive on in!
The Bite Beauty Multisticks* recently came out and have kind of taken the online beauty community by storm. I was lucky enough to have a few sent to me (Blondie, Cocoa, and Macaroon), and I've heard such good things so I'm really looking forward to using these. They're called "multisticks" because you're supposed to be able to use them on your eyes, lips, and cheeks - we'll see how well they work! Speaking of lips, I decided to pick up another Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kit, this time in the shade 22. It's kind of a pumpkin orange color, which could be cute as long as it's not too orange. Fingers crossed!
I've got a couple new face products that I'm particularly excited about. First up is the Too Faced Tinted Beauty Balm, which was a gift from my lovely mama. I had been wanting this for so long, and she was kind enough to gift it to me. I've swatched it on my wrist before and it left my skin looking so dewy, plus the color match up is nearly perfect for my skin tone. The other face product I'my testing out this month is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit in Sun Dipped. I was on the fence about buying this palette because I wasn't sure if I would use all four shades, but I was so in love with "Tourmaline" and "Summer" that I decided to just go ahead and get it. Swatched in person, each shade looks amazing, and I'm looking forward to creating some glowy looks with these.
Pixi Beauty has some killer new mascaras, and I'm determined to try all of them this month. I've got the Black Lacquer Lash Primer*, Lengthy Fiber Mascara*, and Lower Lash Mascara*, and I'm hoping that together they will create the biggest lashes ever. I love the idea of a "lower lash" mascara too - takes an extra step, but I think it could definitely make a difference. The final makeup goody I'm trying out is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in Ebony. This is one of those cult beauty favorites that I've seen on practically every blog, so I figured it was about time I jumped on the bandwagon and got myself a jar. I'm really bad at doing my brows though...hopefully this will help!
